Guidelines to Participants

Grouping

All events are divided into the following 2 groups:
Group A: Organisations and government departments with 300 or more employees in Hong Kong
Group B: Organisations and government departments with less than 300 employees in Hong Kong

Eligibility

1. Interested organisations are welcome to take part in the Games in the capacity of organisation or government department.  All enrolling organisations are required to produce relevant supporting documents such as the “Certificate of Incorporation” issued under the Companies Ordinance or valid “Hong Kong Business Registration Certificate”.
2. Participants shall be 15 years of age who have been working continuously for the participating organisation for at least 4 weeks and at least 18 hours per week before the deadlines for submission of participants’ particulars for the respective competitions, and are employed by the same organisation throughout the competition period.
3. Each participant shall represent only 1 organisation throughout the Games.

Entry Fees

• Entry fee for each of the following competition events is $1,000 per organisation:
  Basketball, Futsal, Volleyball, 11-a-side Soccer
• Entry fee for each of the following competition events is $600 per organisation
  (inclusive of entry fees for all events of the same sports competition):
  Athletics, Badminton, Distance Run, Snooker, Table Tennis, Tennis, Tenpin Bowling

Awards

1. Awards will be given to the top three winners (i.e. the champion, the first and second runners-up) of each group in each event.
2. Award will be given to the overall champion of each group. The top three winning organisations of each group will gain fixed points in each event. The organisation accumulating the highest points from all events in its group will be awarded the Overall Championship Trophy for the Corporate Games 2025 in the respective group (For details, please refer to the Scoring Method for the Overall Champion).
