Notes
  • All organisations registered as SmartPLAY organisation users are welcome to submit e-application forms.
  • After balloting, successful organisations will receive an electronic notification and payment / confirmation generated by the system;
  • Organisations may also check the ballot results through the SmartPLAY webpage or the Corporate Games 2027 website, but they will not be notified separately by post.
  • Successful organisations must settle the fees or complete the confirmation procedures within the specified payment / confirmation period through the SmartPLAY webpage or the Corporate Games 2027 website.  For details, please visit www.smartplay.lcsd.gov.hk/website/en/features/payment.html;
  • If a successful organisation fails to pay the fees within the specified period, it will be deemed to have given up the right of a successful organisation.
  • If there are quotas left after the end of payment / confirmation period, it will be announced through the SmartPLAY webpage or the Corporate Games 2027 website.
  • SmartPLAY users may complete the enrolment procedures through the SmartPLAY webpage or the Corporate Games 2027 website.
