Introduction

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will hold the Corporate Games 2027 from January to October 2027.  Commercial, industrial and public organisations are welcome to enrol in the Games in phases through the SmartPLAY system starting from 15 October 2026.

The LCSD organises the Corporate Games biennially as a major multi-sport event for the employees of private and public sector organisations, aiming to encourage the working population to exercise regularly to stay healthy and fit. The Games also foster team spirit through participation in competitions, thereby promoting “Sport for All” as well as the benefits of exercise.

The Games will cover 11 competitions, namely athletics, badminton, basketball, distance run, futsal, snooker, table tennis, tennis, tenpin bowling, volleyball and 11-a-side soccer.  The first-phase enrolment from October 15 to November 15 will cater for tenpin bowling, distance run, futsal and 11-a-side soccer competitions.  Enrolment for the other competitions will open in phases in due course.  Interested organisations should first register as SmartPLAY organisation users (registration will take approximately 10 working days to process) before making their applications.

All competitions will be divided into two groups, namely Group A and Group B.  Group A will cover organisations and government departments with 300 or more employees in Hong Kong, while Group B will cover organisations and government departments with less than 300 employees in Hong Kong.  The winning organisations of each event will gain fixed points in their respective groups.  The organisations with the highest points from all events will be awarded the overall group championship trophy of their respective groups in the Corporate Games 2027.
